Welcome

We help you to stay mobile and actively participate in life.

Through our years of experience, we offer you a sense of security, based on our competence, reliability and punctuality, thereby ensuring a smooth flow of your patient transport.

Regular trips to dialysis, to physiotherapy or chemotherapy as well as doctor and discharge trips are our daily routine.

Due to our location Groß-Gerau we are centrally located in the Rhine-Main area and can therefore be on site in a relatively short time.

We work with wheelchairs made by renowned companies, equipped with stair climbers, which allow us to transport you safely and comfortably over stairs and steps. Our vehicles are specially tested and approved.

By law, a wheelchair must be equipped with a headrest for transport in a vehicle. Our wheelchairs meet these legal requirements. If your wheelchair does not meet this requirement, our employees are obliged to put you in our wheelchair for the duration of the journey.Of course, your own wheelchair can be carried separately.

All materials and vehicles undergo constant maintenance and safety checks in our in-house workshop and are checked and approved annually by the GTÜ.

Our employees are thoroughly trained, receive regular training and are familiar with all vehicles and associated technical equipment.

Through our membership in the MRE Network Suedhessen, the specially developed hygiene plan, according to which our vehicles are cleaned and disinfected, complies with the guidelines for combating multidrug-resistant pathogens.

Ambulance transports are prescribed by the doctor and approved by the health insurance if certain conditions are met. This includes, for example, long-term treatments or mobility restrictions from nursing degree 3.

We take over the cost accounting of your journey with all health insurance companies.

For transports that are not under a medical prescription, we will gladly make you an individual offer.

If you have any questions about this topics, our staff at the head office will be pleased to advise you.

IMPORTANT!We only accept unqualified ambulance transport. In emergencies, please call the emergency services at 112
